ESPC has been granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable right to access and use platform for its own purposes from LearnDash.

ESPC retains all right, title, and interest in and to any data or information owned and provided by you when using the Services.  

ESPC will hold all data it collects and course content material locally on its own infrastructure or via third party streaming platforms such as Vimeo.  Access to data held will be granted to the individual, ESPC and from time to time our certification partner, the Law society of Scotland and dedicated trainers.  

ESPC attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. ESPC has implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal information.
